Old machine is an objective reason, but the new machine is not a fault? Some printers have more trouble than old machines. Objectively speaking, the use of the machine and failure rate include the following factors: machine manufacturing quality, installation and commissioning, maintenance, reasonable operation, the most important is the quality of maintenance. The quality of the machine is factory, whether it is the new machine or the old machine, installed and commissioning is the first off.

Failure treatment of Flume liquid

A discussion on the problem of water tank in the printing press the concentration of the appropriate water tank is based on the conductivity value, when the conductivity is too high, the ink will not be easy to dry, too low is easy version of dirt or ink. The ideal printing water conditions are generally recommended as follows:

(1) Water quality should be softened;

(2) Conductivity value 700~1300 (must deduct water conductivity value);

(3) PH value 4.0 ~ 5.5;

(4) Trough temperature 5℃~15℃;

(5) The degree of emulsification is below 35%;

(6) Alcohol IPA ratio $number;

(7) Tank liquid concentration ratio 1.5%~2.5%.

The following is the result of the actual testing of the center in the printing lab:

Flume Liquid: Magic150.

Conductance meter: Deltaohmconductivitymeter model: HD8706.

Ph: Hannaphmeter model: HI8521.
