The Three-to-Seven-layer co-extruding upper traction rotation blown film machine unit is designed and developed according to market demands, based on domestic and foreign advanced technology.

It is applied to packaging with medium and high-end film. The film has good barrier properties, including freshness retention, moisture-proof, frost prevention, oxygen-proof, and oil-proof characteristics. 1. The three-to-seven-layer co-extruding blown film extruder die head adopts internationally advanced superimposed die heads, of which each layer can heat and receive thermal insulation medium independently and insulate the heat effectively, which is good for blowing and making plastic film with different temperatures.

2. The die head is of advanced construction to ensure the steady flow and thickness of the film.

3. The traction system adopts ±360° swing rotation in the horizontal direction to meet the requirements for high precision and high-speed printing.

4. The cooling system in In-Bubble Cooling (IBC) is internationally advanced technology today. The system adopts four ultrasonic wave probes to collect the tested information, and at the same time, to guarantee the size of the film bubble steadily while changing the hot air within the film bubble through the control and regulation of input air. It can increase the production output as well as its transparency and added value.

5. The computer control system is equipped with a fully automatic winding device with winding, unwinding, cutting, and unloading functions.

6. The EPC system makes winding tidy and trim, improving work efficiency, lowering labor intensity, and reducing scrap material while changing the winding roller. All systems are centrally controlled by the computer.
