Air Bubble Envelop Bag Making Machine is the independent innovation product of our company by many years research and development. This machine is specially for making air bubble envelop bag ，suitable for kraft paper , pearlescent film, or aluminized film, co-extrusion film and bubble film and so on. The machine is controller by Delta PLC，Man-machine interface, Servo traction. Unwinding speed is uniform and synchronous，and use photoelectric correction(EPC). It has the function of easy operation, automatic counting and segmenting, automatic stopping when missing printing marks, automatic stopping when lack of raw materials, movable cutting knife and so on. It operates stable, products comes smooth and nice-look, reliable sealing and adhesion. It is the best and reliable equipment for making kinds of compounded air bubble envelop bags.

1. The Master Computer：Delta PLC is adopted as the main control of the Air Bubble Envelop Bag Making Machine full production line(include the temperature control), 7 inches Touch Screen, Double Servo Motor length control. Equipped With automatic counting, advance alarm, numbered stop, number display, high position stop, and so on function. The main length control engine adopts DELTA high capacity servo motor, equipped with high precision planetary gear box. The main advantage is can control the speed precision, temperature no need completely change, good stability, bag will not stretch.
2. Raw material pulling method：Length control adopts servo motor，two servo motor pull in fix-length，combination belt group and rubber roll co-press.
3. Compound Unit：Three station device for unwinding，the first and second stations for air bubble roll(or ready-compounded material)，The third station is for kraft paper, pearlized film, or aluminized film unwinding, adopts auto air cylinder load and EPC system. The compound device adopts oil roller heating to make two materials online-compounded. Using oil heating roll equipped with circulation box to heat, temperature control keeps good stability.
4. Forming Unit：Triangle Type Folding.
5. Sealing Unit: This unit is equipped with one pneumatic needle group deflate device, one set cold pressing forming device(euipped with self-circulation water cooling system), four sets 20mm heat sealing device. Servo motor mechanical pull-down, computer set time molding mode, adjustable spring pressure, easy to operate.
6. Feeding Unit：Feeding is automatically controlled by the computer signal, speed adjust by Delta inverter with AC reduce motor.
7. Self-Adhesive Tape Unit: Double position adhesive tape gluing device.
8. Unwinding Unit：Single position independent single shaft unwinding device, equipped with EPC system. Brake device adopts 2.5kg magnetic powder automatic tension control system.
9. Main cold cutting knife: Servo motor control, cut off the sealed bag instantly when it is sealed.
10. Printing Mark Tracking Unit: Equipped with two sets Italian Photo-eye tracking device.
11. Collection device: 2 meter conveyor belt
12. Double head hot melt glue spraying device: point continued spraying.
13. Extra toothed cold pressing knife: 1pcs（Fine teeth or width teeth as option）
14. Warranty Period: 1 Years (Not include wearing parts)
1. Power Supply: 3phases, 4line,380V, 50hz, with ground wire（Ground wire requirement： Using a diameter 30-50mm, length 1.5m steel bar directly into the ground，lead wire on the upper use 0.6-0.8mm2 wire），absolutely forbidden to connect the ground wire on the machine.
2. Installation Site: The ground hardenss is required to ensure that after the completion of equipment installation and debugging, in the process of operation, there will be no abnormal operation of equipment or damage to equipment, such as foundation settlement.
