Startup and Heating

1. Power ON and turn ON the master Power Switch

2. Heating Start: Set temperature of the heating switch in each heating zone gradually over a period of time

3. Insulation: After all areas reach set value temperature, allow a insulation time that is sufficient to ensure a uniform temperature inside the mold head

4. Low speed start auxiliary equipment begins cooling water pump, air compressor, low speed start traction and winding device

START EXTRUSION AND THREADING

1. After the low-speed start screw time is completed, start the screw of the main extruder at a low speed, take notice of current, torque and sound. Increase screw speed gradually to a lower production speed

2. Discharge Observation: Mold head discharge, clean, initial degradation, continuous, uniform and pure discharge before preparing to film introduce

3. While film is being pulled, wear heat-resistant gloves and use hands or film pulling rod to pull out the molten resin tube blank towards the below of the mold head, guide and pull tube blank upward through the center of the air ring and into the nip of the traction between rollers. Start traction roller to clamp film bubble above it, and pull upwards. Guide this film bubble through the guide roller system and ultimately to the winding device.
