Extrusion Blown Film Machine | High-Output Multi-Layer Film Production

Operating a Blown Film Extruder involves a systematic procedure that can be broken down into significant steps, and involves strict compliance with procedures.
Prior to Start up
Preparing the Material
1.Complete check to ensure the type and grades of plastic pellets are correct.
2.Check to make sure raw materials are dry, dryer is required to dry out hygroscopic materials.
3.Clean out the hopper to check that there aren't any impurities or foreign objects.
4.Add the dry raw materials to the hoppers of both the main extruder and the co extrusion extruder.
Equipment Check
1.Check to see if all safety guards and emergency stop button interlock devices are in good repair, and operational.
2.Check if the cooling water supply is operational.
3.Check if the compressed air pressure is at or above regular usage.
4.Check to see if the lubrication point(s) oil level and grease amount are sufficient.
5.Check the temperature display the heating coil
6.Check to see that the main motor, traction motor, winding motor, and each guide roller of the winding motor operate with frictionless rotating action, and no abnormal noise.
7.Check to see if the wind ring IBC system, thickness gauge, and corona treatment machine operate correctly.
8.Check to see if the lip of the mold head is clean, without residue, burning, and & scratches, and clean it with a copper scraper or soft cloth.
