Typical Operating Procedures:
Pre-start preparation
1 Safety check: Check that all safety apparatus is functional. Make sure that work area is cleaned of debris. Check that the emergency stop button works.
2 Material preparation: Make necessary roll film raw materials for the bag task and assess that the material's specifications are on specification. Check that the raw material roll's core size fits the feed shaft.
3 Consumables check: Check and install the proper cutting blades, heat sealing dies, hole punches, etc. Ensure the heat sealing blade surface is clean and there are no burrs. Confirm that ink or adhesive is adequate.
4 Tension settings: Tension for each unit should be set originally for the type of film and thickness.
5 Parameters presetting: Based on the specification of the bag being made and the characteristics of the materials preset parameters on the control panel for bag length, heat sealing temperature, heat sealing time and pressure, cutting blade position, cooling time and punching position.
Material make ready: Correctly install the raw material roll on to the unwinding shaft, and check that the raw material roll is centered. Make sure to guide the film through all appropriate guiding rollers and appliances, and check that the film path is correct, and there are no twists in the raw material film.
