This fully automatic high speed coreless rolling bag making machine is a heat sealing and heat cutting bag making machine, which is suitable for printing and non-printing HDPE/LDPE rolling bag making. The material of the bag is HDPE, LDPE.

1. Drag material by double servo motors.
2. The main control panel adopts a high-definition touch screen from Delta, Taiwan.
3. The drive system of the whole machine adopts PLC microcomputer control (PC computer).
4. One independent program on the bag making machine; one independent program on the winder part.
5. The machine will automatically stop if the film is jammed.
6. Heat sealing copper knives and cold cutting teeth knives make rolling bags easy to tear down.
7. The blowing system helps to make the plastic film flat and reduce film stretch tension.
8. The dancing roller system keeps the film taut after sealing and cutting, ensuring plastic rollers are tight and in order.
9. The machine will automatically change the plastic roll with fork winders and place the rolls one by one on the stock.
